Deposits & Payments

A non refundable deposit of 20% on confirmation of booking is required.
The remaining balance is to be paid in full 28 days before travel.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation due to illness of the teach, all deposit will be refunded.

Additional Costs & Pocket Money/Expenses

Some activities will involve additional payment. These activities include a day trip to London (including evening meal in restaurant).

Children are advised to bring approximately £10.00 per day pocket money for souvenirs, sweets, incidental expenses, etc.

Transport

We can provide you with details and prices for transport from the arrival airport to the accommodation. If you'd like this information, please let us know.

There is no charge for transport for local excursions or local bus and train fares.
